Perfect experience! Staff was friendly, check in was easy, room was cool and dark. We were driving cross country so it wasn't a long stay. However, I really wanted to swim & there were 4 or 5 other hotels, WHO HAD POOLS LISTED AS AVAILABLE IN THEIR AMMENITIES, but their pools were closed. Booking.com seems to be letting just anybody list property on here and not holding anyone accountable for their false claims. I have had several negative experiences with them on this trip. Just before this hotel, booked at hotel 6 whom had said they had a pool available. They not only did not have a pool available, they did not even have a room available for me due to the fact that none of them were cleaned. What is the problem with listing your property accurately & if you have no rooms don't list it. I was already strapped for cash on this ride & they tide up $140 for over a week. So, my hats off to Best Western in Muskogee. The stay was excellent & I appreciate that much more than you know. The hot tub was amazing, too.

Breakfast was good. Rosa was wonderful and did a great job. Lot of variety . Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hope Rosa is treated well and gets regular time off. She is a great employee. All staff were great .

We slept in so we didn't try the breakfast. We swam in the pool a few times, and had a blast. It was a very nice stay. The staff was great!

the first thing I noticed was the well lit parking lot and the well groomed grounds. Beautiful lobby with brightly colored furnishings. It was extremely clean and smelled fresh. Check in was a breeze. Employees greeted us with a smile and we got to our room and it was so clean and nice. Large room with modern furnishings. I believe best western might just have the best cleaning practices in the industry. Great job best western Muskogee.

Staff was friendly room was clean. Location is far enough off main drag as to keep the noise down. Bed was comfortable.

All of the clerks at the front desk were awesome! We dealt mostly with "Renee", who was extremely friendly, helpful and was interested that our stay was as pleasant as possible.

The location was quiet and ideal for my travel. The hot breakfast was a very nice compliment to mt stay - because I had to be at the work site very early and did not have much time for breakfast.

The front desk attendants were so kind and upbeat. A total highlight!! The check in woman was so sweet and genial! Definitely will come back!
